TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

    1. Processing Fee: There is NO processing fee for the orders

 

    2. Order Timing: Orders take 2-3 Business days to process. This does not include UPS/FedEx/USPS transit times. However, most orders are     processed and delivered within 7-10 business days. There are exceptions, and you MUST respond to emails you receive from us by calling in     or simply responding to the email. Once your order ships, you will be emailed the tracking numbers

 

    3. Payment: WE DO NOT CHARGE YOUR METHOD OF PAYMENT - EVEN AFTER YOU CHECKOUT - UNTIL OUR WAREHOUSE     CONFIRMS STOCK OF YOUR ORDER QUANTITIES.  If an item is out of stock, we will delete that item from your order and process the     remainder of your order. Please pay attention to emails/Calls and Msg from us, as we will alert you if we need more information, or if there is     an issue processing any part of your order.

 

    4. Returns: NO RETURNS OF MERCHANDISE CAN BE MADE UNTIL YOU CALL IN REGARDING THE RETURN. NO CLAIM,     NOR REFUND, WILL BE CONSIDERED UNLESS MADE WITHIN 5 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF GOODS. Please call our office for     instructions on how to return items you ordered. If your order was not shipped accordingly, however, you will be responsible for return     shipping charges when returning merchandise that was shipped. Please do not attempt to return merchandise in any other way, as it will be     refused or Refund. No Refund on the Credit Card payment.  Credit Card processing has 3% or more fee which charges by the Credit card     processing company.

 

    5. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated on line by amount of cases and size of cases ordered. We have no control over UPS fees     however you may use the promo codes on the home page to discount your order.

 

    Merchandise accepted for return other than defective or wrong merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping fees for orders     shipped as ordered is NOT refundable. In the event you received merchandise defective or shipped incorrectly we will provide a return label.

 

 

    5. ONE CASE of merchandise is equal to one item in your shopping cart.

 

    6. Due to the volume of products offered on our website there may be incidents where an item can be presented inaccurately or priced     incorrectly. We are not responsible for these typographical errors. In the event an order is placed and the listing purchased is inaccurate we     reserve the right to correct the listing even after the order was billed. If you choose not to purchase with the corrected information we will     refund the order placed in full.
